When will my order ship?
All prints are made to order and shipped in small batches to ensure quality.
Orders are processed and shipped twice a month based on the following schedule:
- Orders placed by the 1st or 15th of each month are included in that cycle
- Production and shipping begins after each cut-off date
How do the shipping cut-off dates work?
If you place an order:
- Before the 1st → it ships after the 1st
- Between the 1st & 14th → it ships after the 15th
- Between the 15th and end of month → it ships after the 1st of the following month
Why does it take up to a week to ship?
Because each piece is made-to-order, your print isn’t produced until after the next cut-off. This allows me to minimize waste and offer a wide range of sizes without holding inventory.
Can I request a rush order?
I don’t officially offer rush shipping, but I’m always happy to help if I can!

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days after the cut-off date for production and packaging.
Can I request a custom piece?
